Tarragon Cod Fillets

4 cod fillets, boneless
¼ cup capers, drained
1 tablespoon tarragon, chopped
Sea salt and black pepper to the taste
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Heat up a pan with the oil over medium-high heat, add the fish and cook for 3
minutes on each side.
Add the rest of the ingredients, cook everything for 7 minutes more, divide
between plates and serve.
