3 cups water
1 cup almond milk
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 cup steel-cut oats
¼ cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
A pinch of red pepper flakes
In a pan, mix the water with the milk, bring to a boil over medium heat.
Meanwhile, heat up a pan with the oil over medium-high heat, add the oats,
cook them for about 2 minutes and transfer m to the pan with the milk.
Stir the oats, add the tomatoes and simmer over medium heat for 23 minutes.
