Spicy Pork Kofte

4 oz pork loin, grinded
½ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon chili powder
¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
¼ teaspoon white pepper
1 tablespoon water
1 teaspoon olive oil
Mix up together grinded meat, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, ground black
pepper, white pepper, and water.
With the help of the fingertips make the small meatballs.
Heat up olive oil in the skillet.
Arrange the kofte in the oil and cook them for 10 minutes totally. Flip the
kofte on another side from time to time.
