Spicy Beef Stir-Fry

2 green chili peppers
8 oz beef flank steak
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
Pour olive oil in the skillet.
Place the flank steak in the oil and roast it for 3 minutes from each side.
Then sprinkle the meat with salt and apple cider vinegar.
Chop the chili peppers and add them in the skillet.
Fry the beef for 10 minutes more. Stir it from time to time.
