2 bunches watercress
1-pound smoked salmon, skinless, boneless and flaked
2 teaspoons mustard
¼ cup lemon juice
½ cup Greek yogurt
Salt and black pepper to the taste
1 big cucumber, sliced
2 tablespoons chives, chopped
In a salad bowl, combine the salmon with the watercress and the rest of the
ingredients toss and serve right away.
