Smoked Salmon and Veggies Mix

Ingredients:
3 red onions, cut into wedges
¾ cup green olives, pitted and halved
3 red bell peppers, roughly chopped
½ teaspoon smoked paprika
Salt and black pepper to the taste
3 tablespoons olive oil
4 salmon fillets, skinless and boneless
2 tablespoons chives, chopped
Directions:
In a roasting pan, combine the salmon with the onions and the rest of the
ingredients, introduce in the oven and bake at 390 degrees F for 20 minutes.
Divide the mix between plates and serve.
