3 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
2 tablespoons olive oil
8 cups baby spinach
14 ounces shrimp, cooked, peeled and deveined
1 cup cucumber, sliced
1 cup radish, sliced
¼ cup cilantro, chopped
2 teaspoons sesame seeds, toasted
In a bowl, mix the shrimp with the lime juice, spinach and the rest of the
ingredients, toss and serve cold.
