Salmon and Radish Mix

2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 and ½ cup chicken stock
4 salmon fillets, boneless
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon ginger, grated
1 cup radishes, grated
¼ cup scallions, chopped
Heat up a pan with the oil over medium-high heat, add the salmon, cook for 4
minutes on each side and divide between plates
Add the vinegar and the rest of the ingredients to the pan, toss gently, cook
for 10 minutes, add over the salmon and serve.
