Salmon and Peach Pan

1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon thyme, chopped
1 tablespoon ginger, grated
2 tablespoons olive oil
Sea salt and black pepper to the taste
3 peaches, cut into medium wedges
4 salmon fillets, boneless
Heat up a pan with the oil over medium-high heat, add the salmon and cook
for 3 minutes on each side.
Add the vinegar, the peaches and the rest of the ingredients, cook for 5
minutes more, divide everything between plates and serve.
