Salmon and Broccoli

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1 broccoli head, florets separated
4 pieces salmon fillets, skinless
1 big red onion, roughly chopped
1 tablespoon olive oil
Sea salt and black pepper to the taste
Directions:
In a baking dish, combine the salmon with the broccoli and the rest of the
ingredients, introduce in the oven and bake at 390 degrees F for 20 minutes.
Divide the mix between plates and serve.
