Roasted Zucchini

Roasted Zucchini

Cooking time: 15 minutes
1 lb zucchini, sliced
1 oz parmesan cheese, grated
1 tsp dried mix herbs
1 garlic clove, minced
2 tbsp olive oil
Preheat the oven to 450 F/ 232 C.
Add all ingredients except parmesan cheese into the large bowl and toss well.
Transfer the zucchini mixture to the baking dish and cook in preheated oven
for 10 minutes.
Sprinkle parmesan cheese over zucchini.
Return to the oven and cook for 5 minutes more.
Serve and enjoy.
