1 garlic clove, peeled
½ white onion, peeled
1 tablespoon fresh parsley
9 oz pork loin, roasted, shredded
½ lemon
1 tablespoon butter, softened
1 teaspoon olive oil
¼ teaspoon chili powder
Place the garlic clove, onion, parsley, olive oil, and chili powder in the
Squeeze the juice of a lemon and add it in the blender.
Blend the vegetables for 1 minute.
Then add shredded pork loin.
Blend the mixture for 3 minutes at maximum speed or until the mass is
smooth and soft.
Then add butter and pulse it for 30 seconds more.
Transfer the cooked pate in the bowl.
