Persian Cucumber Salad

4 Persian cucumbers, chopped
1 tsp olive oil
1 lemon juice
1 ½ tbsp fresh mint, chopped
1 tbsp parsley, chopped
½ small onion, chopped
2 tomatoes, chopped
¼ tsp pepper
¼ tsp salt
Add all ingredients into the large bowl and toss well.
Serve and enjoy.
