Pecan Salmon Fillets

3 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons mustard
5 teaspoons honey
1 cup pecans, chopped
6 salmon fillets, boneless
1 tablespoon lemon juice
3 teaspoons parsley, chopped
Salt and pepper to the taste
In a bowl, mix the oil with the mustard and honey and whisk well.
Put the pecans and the parsley in another bowl.
Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper, arrange them on a baking
sheet lined with parchment paper, brush with the honey and mustard mix and
top with the pecans mix.
Introduce in the oven at 400 degrees F, bake for 15 minutes, divide between
plates, drizzle the lemon juice on top and serve.
