Pasta with Creamy Sauce

Ingredients:
7 oz quinoa pasta
1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
1 oz Parmesan, grated
½ cup milk
1 cup water, for cooking
Directions:
Pour water in the pan and bring it to boil.
Add quinoa pasta and boil it for 2 minutes. Drain the water.
Sprinkle pasta with dill, cilantro, and ground black pepper.
Then bring to boil milk and mix it up with Parmesan. Stir well until cheese is
melted.
Pour the milk sauce over the pasta.
