Olive Cannellini Bean Salad

Cooking Time: 5 minutes
Serve: 6
30 oz can cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp vinegar
¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
1/3 cup olives, sliced
1/3 cup sun-dried tomatoes, cut into julienne
Add all ingredients into the large bowl and toss well.
Season salad with pepper and salt.
Place in refrigerator for 1 hour.
Serve chilled and enjoy.
