Mushroom Bean Gumbo

1 cup mushrooms, sliced
2 cups vegetable stock
2 medium zucchinis, sliced
2 tbsp olive oil
1 cup red beans, soaked overnight
2 garlic cloves, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
Add all ingredients into the instant pot and stir well.
Seal the instant pot with a lid and cook on high pressure for 8 minutes.
Once done, allow to release pressure naturally for 10 minutes then release
remaining pressure using a quick release method.
Stir well and serve.
