1/3 cup broccoli
7 oz whole grain spaghetti
2 oz Parmesan, shaved
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
1 cup water, for cooking
Chop the broccoli into the small florets.
Pour water in the pan. Bring it to boil.
Add broccoli florets and spaghetti.
Close the lid and cook the ingredients for 10 minutes.
Then drain water.
Add ground black pepper and shaved Parmesan. Shake the spaghetti well.
