Meat Sauté

2 tablespoons capers
1/3 cup green olives, chopped
1 tomato, chopped
1 sweet pepper, chopped
9 oz beef shank, chopped
3 oz beetroot, chopped
¼ cup broccoli, chopped
2 cups chicken stock
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dried cilantro
1 teaspoon butter
Melt the butter in the pan and add chopped beef shank.
Roast it for 5 minutes over the high heat.
Then add tomato, capers, green olives, sweet pepper, broccoli, dried
oregano, salt, and dried cilantro.
Mix up the sauté well and add chicken stock.
Close the lid and simmer the meal for 30 minutes over the low heat.
