Lemon Artichoke Salad

Ingredients:
28 oz can artichoke hearts, drained and quartered
2 tbsp olive oil
¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 lemon, chopped
10 oz can mushroom, drained and sliced
Pepper
Salt
Directions:
Add all ingredients into the mixing bowl and toss well.
Serve immediately and enjoy.
