Layered Ground Beef Pie

Ingredients:
4 tablespoons sour cream
5 oz potatoes, cooked, mashed
1 cup ground pork
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 tablespoon tomato sauce
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon chili pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 cup Mozzarella, shredded
2 tomatoes, sliced
Directions:
Mix up together ground pork with salt, chili pepper, paprika, and turmeric.
Then line the springform pan with baking paper.
Place the ground pork mixture in the springform pan and flatten it.
After this, add the layer of mashed potato and sprinkle it with tomato paste
and olive oil.
Add sliced tomatoes.
Top the pie with sour cream and shredded Mozzarella.
Cover the surface of the pie with foil and bake it for 50 minutes at 365F.
