10 oz soba noodles
½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
¼ teaspoon sage
¾ teaspoon ground coriander
4 teaspoons hummus
1 teaspoon butter, softened
2 cups water, for cooking
Pour water in the pan. Bring the liquid to boil.
Add soba noodles, sage, and ground coriander.
Boil the noodles for 15 minutes over the medium-high heat. The cooked
soba noodles should be tender.
Then drain water.
Mix up together soba noodles, butter, and Italian seasoning.
Place the cooked pasta in the bowls and top with hummus.
