Fish and Tomato Sauce

Servings: 4
Ingredients:
4 cod fillets, boneless
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
1 cup chicken stock
A pinch of salt and black pepper
¼ cup basil, chopped
Directions:
Put the tomatoes, garlic, salt and pepper in a pan, heat up over medium heat
and cook for 5 minutes.
Add the fish and the rest of the ingredients, bring to a simmer, cover the pan
and cook for 25 minutes.
Divide the mix between plates and serve.
