Feta Asparagus Salad

Ingredients:
2 lbs asparagus, ends trimmed
¾ cup feta cheese, crumbled
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 lemon zest
3 tbsp olive oil
¼ tsp pepper
¼ tsp salt
Directions:
Preheat the grill to high.
Arrange asparagus on a foil-lined baking sheet. Drizzle with 2 tablespoons of
oil and season with pepper and salt.
Place asparagus on the grill and cook for 3-4 minutes.
Chop grilled asparagus and transfer to the mixing bowl.
Add remaining ingredients to the mixing bowl and toss well.
Serve and enjoy.
