Easy Kidney Bean Salad

Ingredients:
For salad:
1 ½ cup dry kidney beans, soaked in water overnight, boiled and
drained
¼ cup green onion, chopped
1 small onion, sliced
1 tomato, chopped
For dressing:
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
3 garlic cloves, chopped
3 tbsp olive oil
Pepper
Salt
Directions:
In a small bowl, mix all dressing ingredients and set aside.
Add all salad ingredients into the large bowl and mix well.
Pour dressing over salad and toss well.
Serve immediately and enjoy.
