Easy Balsamic Parsnips

1 1/2 lbs parsnips, peeled and sliced
1/4 cup vegetable stock
1 tbsp honey
3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1/8 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp salt
Add parsnips, vinegar, and stock into the instant pot.
Seal pot with lid and cook on high pressure for 3 minutes.
Once done, release pressure using the quick release method. Open the lid.
Stir in honey and season with pepper and salt.
Serve and enjoy.
