Ingredients:
2 cups cooked couscous
½ tsp garlic powder
1 lemon juice
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1 cup cucumber, diced
1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
1 tsp kosher salt
Directions:
Add all ingredients into the mixing bowl and mix well.
Serve and enjoy.
