Caprese Pasta Salad

Caprese Pasta Salad

2 oz whole grain elbow macaroni
1 tablespoon fresh basil
¼ cup cherry size Mozzarella
½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon dried marjoram
1 cup water, for cooking
Boil elbow macaroni in water for 15 minutes. Drain water and chill macaroni
Chop fresh basil roughly and place it in the salad bowl.
Add Mozzarella, cherry tomatoes, dried marjoram, olive oil, amd macaroni.
Mix up salad well.
