Beef Chuck Sauté

1 cup of water
¼ cup Portobello mushrooms, chopped
8 oz beef chuck, chopped
3 oz green beans, chopped
1 cayenne pepper, chopped
3 tomatoes, chopped
½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground paprika
Place the chopped beef chuck in the saucepan and roast it over the high heat
for 3 minutes.
Then stir the meat and add mushrooms, green beans, cayenne pepper, salt,
paprika, and tomatoes.
Bring the mixture to boil and add water.
Close the lid and simmer the saute for 55 minutes over the medium heat.
