Basil Buckwheat Pasta

Basil Buckwheat Pasta

Ingredients:
1 cup fresh basil
8 oz buckwheat pasta
½ teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon almonds, chopped
½ oz Parmesan, grated
½ teaspoon dried oregano
¾ teaspoon chili pepper
½ teaspoon coconut oil
1 cup water, for cooking
Directions:
Bring the water to boil and add pasta.
Boil it for 10 minutes. Drain water.
After this, toss coconut oil in the skillet and melt it.
Put in the blender: salt, almonds, Parmesan, oregano, chili pepper, and fresh
basil. Blend until the mixture is smooth.
Add the basil mixture in the hot coconut oil and roast for 2 minutes.
Then add cooked buckwheat pasta and mix up well.
Cook the meal for 3 minutes more.
