How to do ?
✓ In a large bowl, beat mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and Sriracha. Scoop 3/4 cup of the mixture and set aside.
✓ Put the flour in a large resealable plastic bag. Add the chicken, close the bag and shake to coat. Place the coated chicken pieces in the large bowl with the mayonnaise mixture and stir to combine.
✓ Place panko breadcrumbs in another large plastic resealable bag. Work in batches, drop chicken pieces into breadcrumbs, close and shake to coat.
✓ Preheat an air fryer to 200 degrees C (400 degrees F).
