Balsamic Pork Loin

1-pound pork loin
2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 teaspoon sage
½ teaspoon salt
Heat up olive oil in the skillet and add pork loin.
Sprinkle the meat with sage and salt and roast it for 10 minutes. Flip the
meat on another side after 5 minutes of cooking.
Then sprinkle the pork loin with balsamic vinegar.
Close the lid and cook the meal for 10 minutes more over the low heat.
