Avocado Chickpea Pizza

Cooking time: 20 minutes
1 and ¼ cups chickpea flour
A pinch of salt and black pepper
1 and ¼ cups water
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic, minced
1 tomato, sliced
1 avocado, peeled, pitted and sliced
2 ounces gouda, sliced
¼ cup tomato sauce
2 tablespoons green onions, chopped
In a bowl, mix the chickpea flour with salt, pepper, water, the oil, onion
powder and the garlic, stir well until you obtain a dough, knead a bit, put in a
bowl, cover and leave aside for 20 minutes.
Transfer the dough to a working surface, shape a bit circle, transfer it to a
baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake at 425 degrees F for 10
Spread the tomato sauce over the pizza, also spread the rest of the ingredients
and bake at 400 degrees F for 10 minutes more.
Cut and serve for breakfast.
