Avocado and Apple Smoothie

Ingredients:
3 cups spinach
1 green apple, cored and chopped
1 avocado, peeled, pitted and chopped
3 tablespoons chia seeds
1 teaspoon honey
1 banana, frozen and peeled
2 cups coconut water
Directions:
In your blender, combine the spinach with the apple and the rest of the
ingredients, pulse, divide into glasses and serve.
