Artichoke Spinach Hummus

Artichoke Spinach Hummus

Ingredients:
14.5 oz can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1/3 cup can artichoke hearts, chopped
8 oz frozen spinach, thawed and chopped
½ tsp ground cumin
2 garlic cloves, chopped
2 tbsp water
1 lemon juice
¼ cup tahini
3 tbsp olive oil
½ tsp salt
Add chickpeas, cumin, water, lemon juice, tahini, garlic, oil, and salt into the
food processor and process until smooth.
Transfer chickpea mixture to the medium bowl.
Add artichoke hearts and spinach and stir well.
Serve with vegetables.
