Aromatic Grilled Beef Sirloin

Ingredients:
¾ teaspoon saffron
¾ teaspoon dried thyme
¾ teaspoon ground coriander
¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 tablespoon butter
1/3 teaspoon salt
9 oz beef sirloin
Directions:
Rub the beef sirloin with dried thyme, ground coriander, saffron, ground
cinnamon, and salt.
Leave the meat for at least 10 minutes to soak all the spices.
Then preheat the grill to 395F.
Place the beef sirloin in the grill and cook it for 5 minutes.
Then spread the meat with butter carefully and cook for 10 minutes more.
Flip it on another side from time to time.
